Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy (available on this site). If you do not agree, you must not use the Service. You represent that you have the authority to enter into this agreement.
Description of Service
MineMemesAI is a Solana web application for Crypto Predictions (short-horizon Up/Down markets on Bitcoin, Ethereum, and Solana, paid in USDC), Community Forecasts (free public questions with no USDC to put in), and People's Pulse (anonymous community sentiment polls with no payout). The site may also include market or discovery views, promotion pages, and optional tools. Features you do not use do not apply to you.
We do not hold your seed phrase or private keys. You approve transactions yourself.
Crypto Predictions uses an embedded Solana wallet created when you sign in. You fund it by sending USDC to that address and may cash out to another address whenever you want. We do not hold your seed phrase or private keys. A trading session lets later orders skip the wallet popup for a limited time and amount; the session does not move money by itself. You still need USDC in the wallet for each order. Cash-out and other withdrawals happen only when you request them.
Features may change, be added, or be discontinued. Some flows depend on third-party programs, RPC endpoints, price oracles, embedded-wallet providers, and network conditions that we do not control.
Eligibility and Your Responsibilities
You must be of legal age to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction (and any higher age required there for this kind of market) and must not be barred from using the Service under applicable law (including trade sanctions or export rules where they apply to you). You are solely responsible for:
- Securing your wallet, seed phrase, devices, and sign-in; we cannot recover lost keys or funds
- Compliance with laws and regulations that apply to you (including securities, commodities, tax, marketing, sanctions, and rules that apply to prediction markets) in connection with any prediction, forecast, poll, or promotion
- The content, legality, and risks of any forecast pick, Pulse suggestion, or prediction you create or interact with through the Service
- Reviewing every ticket, estimate, transaction preview, simulation, and wallet prompt before you confirm; blockchain transactions are often irreversible
- Any taxes or reporting obligations arising from your activity
Prohibited Uses
You agree not to use the Service to violate law or third-party rights, or to interfere with the Service or other users. Without limitation, you must not:
- Use the Service in connection with fraud, market manipulation, money laundering, or terrorism financing
- Manipulate Crypto Predictions prices, oracles, settlement, or books (including wash trading, spoofing, or coordinating activity to extract house seed or create a false market)
- Evade a regional restriction, including by VPN, proxy, or similar means, to trade Crypto Predictions from a place where it is not offered
- Create multiple accounts, wallets, or devices to game Forecasts leaderboards, Pulse votes, or promotional $MMAI
- Trade Crypto Predictions if you work for MineMemesAI (or are an immediate family member of someone who does) or if you have non-public information about prices or how markets are run
- Deploy malware, scrape or overload our systems in a way that harms availability, or attempt to bypass security or rate limits
- Misrepresent affiliation with MineMemesAI or any project, or impersonate another person or entity
- Use the Service if you are prohibited from doing so under applicable sanctions or export control rules
Crypto Predictions
Crypto Predictions (also shown as the Global Action Desk) are real-money markets. You answer whether Bitcoin, Ethereum, or Solana will finish strictly above a set line when the clock runs out. Up (Yes) means strictly above that line. Down (No) means at or below that line. Live clocks and limits are shown in the product and on Help; they may change.
You pay in USDC. If you are right and you still hold winning contracts, each contract pays $1.00 USDC — only if both Up and Down still have holders at the end. That payout comes from the market pool (both sides plus any house seed), not from a cap on what the other side put in. If you are wrong, the USDC you put in on those contracts is lost. You can lose the full amount you trade. Sell before the window ends to receive the current price of your side, in USDC, right away.
If nobody takes the other side, the clock is called off and you get your USDC back (what those contracts cost you). The ticket fee stays with us. That is not a $1 win — even if your side would have been right. $1 per contract only pays when both Up and Down still have holders at the end. We may also call off, delay, or refuse to settle a market when we cannot settle it fairly (for example if we cannot obtain a reliable official price, or if the market vault cannot cover $1 for every winning share). A called-off market refunds cost basis; the ticket fee is not returned.
The official published price at settlement time is what counts. The live chart is a guide. Trading stops shortly before each window ends. You cannot hold both Yes and No in the same market. An unfilled limit is cancelled when the window locks; that USDC never left your wallet.
Crypto Predictions is not offered where this kind of market is restricted or prohibited, including regions we currently block (such as the United States) and any other region identified in the product. Do not trade if you are located in a restricted place. A geo or product block is not legal advice that the activity is lawful where it remains available.
The first trade asks you to enable trading once. Later clicks may skip the wallet popup until the session ends or you hit the live session total (shown in the product; currently about eight hours and 5,000 USDC). Each order must stay between the live minimum and per-order cap (currently 1 USDC and 100 USDC). You do not need SOL to trade or to cash out; we pay the network fee on those flows. Use Cash out to send USDC to another address. If the destination has never held USDC, send at least 1 USDC.
Community Forecasts
Community Forecasts are public questions. You pick one outcome. There is no USDC to put in and no $1 payout. Participation is free. Forecasts are not Crypto Predictions and are not a paid market.
A wallet is not required to vote. A guest pick stays with this browser until you clear site data. If you connect a Solana wallet later, we may move those picks to that wallet; if the wallet already had a pick on the same forecast, the wallet pick stays. One pick per forecast. You may change it until that forecast closes; after close, the last pick is final.
Connected wallets may appear on a community leaderboard and, on some live forecasts, may be eligible for promotional $MMAI. Those rewards are incentives, not a USDC win and not a Predictions payout. We may change, pause, or end promotional rewards at any time. Forecast accuracy and streak boards may be incomplete; do not treat current stats as a finished scorecard.
When you connect a wallet for Forecasts, it is used to verify your picks and to send promotional $MMAI if you qualify. We do not access your funds or hold your keys.
People's Pulse
People's Pulse is anonymous community sentiment. You do not need a wallet, a profile, or USDC. There is no payout and no rewards. Pulse is not Crypto Predictions and not a paid market.
One vote per question on this browser. You cannot change it. Your pick stays on this device until you clear site data. After you vote, that card may show how the crowd split. A poll stops accepting votes when it closes.
You may suggest a Yes/No or multi-choice topic. Ideas are reviewed before they go live. There is a daily cap on new suggestions and upvotes. We may reject, edit, or remove suggestions or polls at any time. Earnings calendars and ticker guides on Pulse are informational; they are not polls and not a prediction market.
Fees and On-Chain Costs
Crypto Predictions charges a small platform (ticket) fee shown on the ticket before you confirm. That fee is not returned if the market is called off. Using Solana and third-party protocols also involves network fees, account rent, and protocol fees charged by validators and smart contracts—not by us as a flat subscription unless clearly stated in the product.
Community Forecasts and People's Pulse have no USDC ticket. Connecting a wallet or sending promotional $MMAI may still involve network costs.
The app may display estimates before you confirm a transaction; estimates are for convenience only and are not guarantees of final cost or success. You are responsible for sufficient USDC (and, where a flow requires it, SOL) to complete transactions. Failed transactions may still incur network fees.
AI Features and Outputs
Some features may use artificial intelligence or automated suggestions (for example names, descriptions, logos, or copy). Outputs are generated for convenience and creativity only. They may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your jurisdiction or use case.
You must review and edit any AI-assisted content before use. AI outputs are not financial, legal, or investment advice and do not replace your own diligence or professional counsel. You are responsible for compliance of any content you publish or apply on-chain.
No Professional Advice
Nothing in the Service or these Terms is financial, investment, tax, securities, or legal advice. Crypto Predictions, Community Forecasts, and People's Pulse involve substantial risk and are for entertainment and speculation. You should consult qualified professionals before making decisions with legal or financial consequences. Crowd percentages, board prices, and AI outputs are not a guaranteed chance of any outcome.
Third-Party Services
The Service links to or relies on third parties including wallet extensions, embedded-wallet providers, Solana RPC providers, block explorers, price oracles and data publishers (for example official published prices used at settlement), decentralized exchanges, liquidity protocols, analytics sites, and social or messaging platforms. Your use of those services is governed solely by their terms and privacy policies. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party software, smart contracts, pricing, liquidity, oracle data, or availability.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. WE DO NOT WARRANT UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION, OR THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT ANY PREDICTION, FORECAST, POLL, OR MARKET WILL OPEN, TRADE, SETTLE, OR PAY OUT AS EXPECTED.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL MINEMEMESAI, ITS OPERATORS, AFFILIATES, OR SUPPLIERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, TOKENS, OR USDC, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, BLOCKCHAIN NETWORKS, ORACLES, OR THIRD-PARTY PROTOCOLS, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN FEES SPECIFICALLY FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM (IF ANY SUCH FEES EXIST AND ARE SEPARATELY IDENTIFIED), OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US$100), UNLESS APPLICABLE LAW REQUIRES OTHERWISE.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless MineMemesAI and its operators, affiliates, and personnel from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the Service, your tokens or projects, your predictions, forecasts, or Pulse activity, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of third-party rights.
Changes to These Terms
We may modify these Terms to reflect changes to the Service, law, or best practices. We will update the "Last updated" date when we do. If a change is material, we may provide additional notice (for example a banner or notice in the app) where practicable. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Service.
