Scope of This Policy
The MineMemesAI app on Google Play shows live Bitcoin, Ethereum, and Solana prices, a target, and a countdown. That app does not create a wallet, take deposits, place orders, or cash out. Wallet, USDC, order, and cash-out processing described below applies to the website when those features are offered there.
The controller of personal information described in this policy is Tech Delegates Inc. MineMemesAI is the product name. The official company website is techdelegates.com. The consumer product and this policy are published at minememes.ai.
This policy applies to information processed through the Service. It does not govern third-party websites, wallet extensions, block explorers, decentralized exchanges, or other services you may open from links in the app—those services have their own policies.
Wallets and Keys
We do not have access to your seed phrase or private keys. You approve transactions yourself.
On the website, Crypto Predictions uses an embedded Solana wallet created when you sign in. You fund it by sending USDC and may cash out to another address. A trading session lets later orders skip the wallet popup for a limited time; it does not move money by itself. Your public wallet address is used to build transactions and show balances. It is not a secret, but it can be personal data in some jurisdictions when combined with other records.
Information We May Collect
Depending on how you use the Service, we may process:
- Account and sign-in data: if you create a Predictions account on the website (for example email or social sign-in), we process the identifiers needed to create your embedded wallet, keep you signed in, and show your USDC balance and history.
- Technical and usage data: such as pages or screens viewed, general interactions, browser or device type, referrer, and diagnostics to operate and improve the Service. If we use analytics or error-reporting tools, those providers may process IP address or similar identifiers according to their policies.
- Approximate location: country or region inferred from IP address to operate Crypto Predictions geo restrictions, aggregate analytics, or abuse prevention. We do not use the Service to track your precise real-time location.
- Wallet public addresses: when you connect or we create a wallet on the website, your public address is used there and may appear in requests to RPC providers, indexing services, or logs operated by us or our vendors as needed to provide features (for example balances, trades, cash-out, Forecasts leaderboard).
- Forecasts and Pulse activity: picks, votes, suggested questions, display names, and session or guest identifiers stored in the browser or on our servers so the boards can work. Guest Forecasts picks and Pulse votes stay with this browser until you clear site data.
- Optional AI-assisted features: if you use optional tools that generate names, descriptions, logos, marketing copy, or similar content, the text or parameters you enter may be sent to third-party AI or model providers to produce outputs. Do not submit sensitive personal data you do not want processed by those systems.
- Communications: if you email us (including at the address shown in the footer), we process your email address and message content to respond and to maintain support or security-report records.
Crypto Predictions, Forecasts, and Pulse
On the website, Crypto Predictions processes your signed-in account, public wallet address, orders, positions, session limits, and cash-out requests so markets can trade and settle. Trades and settlements are also recorded on Solana.
Community Forecasts may store a guest pick in this browser or, if you connect a wallet, a pick tied to that address for the leaderboard and optional promotional $MMAI.
People's Pulse stores one vote per question for this browser (and may use a short human check). Pulse does not require a wallet or profile.
Blockchain Data and Third-Party Services
Transactions you sign or authorize on the website (for example Predictions trades and cash-out, or transfers) are recorded on public Solana ledgers. On-chain data is typically public, permanent, and outside our control.
The Service also relies on third-party protocols, RPC providers, price oracles, embedded-wallet providers, and wallet extensions. Their collection and use of data are governed solely by their own terms and privacy notices.
Data Security and Retention
We apply reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect information we process. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
We retain personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above, unless a longer period is required by law or for legitimate business needs such as security logs or dispute resolution.
Your Rights and Choices
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict certain processing of your personal data, or to object to processing or to data portability. Because much activity is wallet-based and on-chain, we may need your cooperation (for example wallet address and reasonable proof of identity) to locate relevant records.
The Service is not directed at children under the age where parental consent is required in your jurisdiction, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children for marketing purposes.

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes to the Service, law, or our practices. We will revise the “Last updated” date when we do. If changes are material, we may provide additional notice where appropriate.
